Door and Panel Types
This page is a general guide to the doors and panels we offer on our automatic pricing page.
Many of the panel types are interchangable. We find doing this can act as a double check i.e. if we receive an order for a drawer front 2000mm high x 300mm wide. We will contact you before we make the panel.

Doors Standard door panel for Kitchens, Bathrooms etc. End Panels Same style as your doors. End Panels Square Edge Plain panel square edge. Appliance Fronts Same style as your doors. All doors and panels can be any size up to 2400mm x 1150mm Standard panel price. |

Full Length Door 40/60 split Large doors with a split pattern, 40/60 is the standard configuration but we can also make different layouts. End Panels Same style as your doors. End Panels Square Edge Slab panel square edge. Standard panel price. |

Drawer Front Standard Drawer Fronts long grain.

Top Box Door Doors with the hinge holes at the top. Standard panel price. |

Angled Door Ideal for under stairs and lofts. We will need a simple sketch with the two heights and width, if more than one door we will also need spacings.
Angled doors are calculated with an extra 20% charge. |

Framed Door for Glass We usually cut a 10mm x 10mm rebate in the back of the door. Framed doors are calculated with an extra 20% charge.
Shaker Framed Door for Glass We usually cut a 10mm x 10mm rebate in the back of the door. Standard panel price. These are standard price because we do not have to machine the centre recess. |

Facia Panels Used in bathrooms etc. You can also select fascia panel with plain square edge for infil strip. Standard panel price. |

We recommend that the bath panels are fitted 2-3 mm off the floor. Most styles work well as bath panels. Once you have selected your style we can cut 1, 2, 3, or more patterns in the panel. A simple sketch can be very helpful. |

Bath Panel Rebated A rebate at the top of the Bath Panel to hook under the bath. Size ordered does not include the rebate. Standard panel price. |

Shelves and Worktops The vinyl we use is designed for horizontal surfaces but can be used as shelving and worktops where there is no heavy use (i.e. bedrooms and bathrooms). Shelves and worktops are rounded with a 10mm radius when two edges meet. |

Kick Board Kick boards are supplied in 2400mm lengths, the standard height is 150mm. We can supply kick boards in the height you require at no extra cost (example 50mm or 200mm high). You have the option to order kick boards as a custom panel. This can be useful if you need a short section for a vanity unit, also the kickboards will be wrapped on all 4 edges.
